Brian Haroldson

Brian has been practicing municipal bond law since joining Jones Hall in 2017. He serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and underwriter’s counsel in financings that include:

He represents cities, counties, school districts, and other governmental entities throughout California, as well as national and regional investment banking firms.

Prior to joining Jones Hall, Brian was an associate at law firms in San Francisco and New York, where he represented underwriters in corporate debt and equity offerings and represented private equity firms, corporate borrowers, and alternative lenders in complex lending transactions.

In his free time, Brian enjoys hiking and camping.
