She represents joint powers authorities, cities, counties, school districts and other local government entities throughout California, as well as national and regional investment-banking firms.

Stacey began practicing municipal bond law upon joining Jones Hall in 2016. Prior to that, she practiced corporate law in Silicon Valley, where she represented public and private companies in connection with a broad range of issues including incorporations, venture capital financings, initial public offerings and public company reporting matters.

In her free time, Stacey loves getting outdoors for hikes or other fun with her husband, Scott, and two young sons, Colin and Reid.
