Thomas A. Downey

Mr. Downey has approximately 15 years of municipal bond experience and joined Jones Hall in 1988. He has experience in all types of municipal financings, with a focus on revenue bonds and certificates of participation financings for public improvements. Mr. Downey also has substantial experience as bond counsel and underwriter's counsel for housing bond issues.

Mr. Downey attended LeMoyne College where he received his B.A. degree in 1970 and the University of San Francisco Law School where he received his J.D. degree in 1982. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1983 and the California Bar in 1989 and is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
