Jones Hall has represented over 1,000 public agencies in California, including cities, counties, school districts, housing authorities, joint powers authorities, and special districts, such as water districts, sanitary districts, public utility districts, recreation and park districts and community services districts.

We also assist 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations (private schools, cultural organizations and economic development corporations) and multifamily housing developers, both nonprofit and for-profit, with tax-exempt financings.  In addition, we frequently represent investment banks as underwriter’s counsel in municipal bond offerings.
