The County of Madera Government Center is a four-story County office building complex housing the main governmental offices of the County, including the Board of Supervisors chamber. The complex includes an adjacent public parking garage.
The Story
Jones Hall has acted as bond counsel to the County of Madera in connection with the financing for the original construction of the Government Center complex in 2005 and a refinancing carried out in 2015, as well as a 2014 financing to install a rooftop photovoltaic energy system.
