David Fama has been practicing bond law since 1994 and joined Jones Hall in 2000. He serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter’s counsel in financings that include:

• Mello-Roos special tax bonds
• Assessment bonds
• Tax allocation bonds
• Revenue bonds and certificates of participation
• 501(c)(3) financings

David represents cities, counties, redevelopment successor agencies, school districts and joint powers authorities throughout California. His practice focuses primarily on bond counsel and disclosure counsel work for cities, special districts and school districts, and he also has extensive experience in connection with land-secured financings.
